
On Indian Independence Day, August 15, Mahindra has unveiled the Vision SXT Concept at its Freedom_NU event, alongside the Vision S, Vision T, and Vision X.
Based on the NU.IQ platform, the SXT blends rugged SUV styling with practical pickup utility. With its aggressive design, flat-bed cargo area, and tech-rich cabin, it offers a glimpse into Mahindra’s future lifestyle vehicles. Check out this photo gallery for a closer look at the SXT Concept. Bold Front-End Design
The SXT's front end features a commanding squarish rugged bumper along with pixelated vertical LED lighting signature. It also comes with headlamps that has a stacked dual projector design with angular DRLs, a hefty skid plate, and tow hooks that suggest serious off roading capabilities.
Muscular Side Profile
The Vision SXT has a strong and geometric profile with wheel arches, chunky cladding, and all terrain tyres with a side view from the car. Blacked out A pillars, C pillar-integrated rear door handles, and roof rails SXT adds to the off-road stylish look while the adventure readiness is complemented with camera based ORVMs.
Pickup-Style Rear End
At the back, the SXT’s design plays up to its pickup roots with a flat bed cargo area. We see vertical taillamps, a black tailgate panel that has the ‘Vision SXT’ embossed on it, and a strong bumper which also includes a step. The design is a play into the truck’s utility theme.
Rugged Flat-Bed Layout
The flat-bed space is meant to carry gear, equipment, or adventure essentials. It has clean, squared-off edges with a tough lining that emphasises robustness as a feature. It speaks through its practical layout making it perfect for overlanding or utility tasks.
Tech-Forward Cabin
The Vision SXT feels tough and high-tech inside. There is a digital gauge cluster and a big infotainment screen, along with physical controls in the middle of the dash. This simple setup is useful and fancy at the same time, aiming to make the whole driving experience better.Comfort Meets Utility
