What is the story about?

Maruti Suzuki India has signed an agreement with the Rajasthan Transport Department to set up 21 Automated Driving Test Tracks (ADTTs) across 20 cities
in the state. The initiative aims to make driving license tests more transparent and efficient, reducing human involvement in the evaluation process.
The tracks will come up in cities including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur, Bikaner, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, and Alwar. Once operational, they will cater to applicants for two-wheeler and light motor vehicle licenses.
Each ADTT will be equipped with high-definition cameras, RFID sensors, real-time analytics, and an integrated IT system to conduct computerised, rule-based tests in line with Central Motor Vehicle Rules. The system is designed to eliminate bias and errors in the testing process.
