What is the story about?
Hero MotoCorp seems to be eyeing the retro motorcycle segment with a new bike, a glimpse of which can be seen in the Classic Concept that debuted at EICMA
2026. Though there's no official confirmation, if Hero decides to bring the production-spec version of the Classic Concept, the vintage-inspired roadster will take on the popular Royal Enfield Classic 350 in the segment. Let's take a closer look at the Hero Scrambler Concept design, features, and possible specifications.
Hero Classic Concept: Appearance
This Hero Concept stays true to the conventional roadster appearance. It features a rounded fuel tank, an H-shaped LED signature, with a gold-finished surround. The circular headlamp, polished metal fork covers, wire-spoke wheels, and curved mudguards are among the major design highlights. The fuel tank has a dual-tone treatment. It blends deep blue panels with polished metal sections and gold-coloured accents. There's a brown leather strip along its centre, which is carried over to the seat through matching upholstery and diamond-pattern stitching. The grips also have the same treatment. The rear section has a round taillamp integrated into the mudguard. Other elements include a chrome exhaust, polished engine covers, blue-painted frame sections, and gold-finished cooling fins. A circular instrument display, disc brakes at both ends, and a chain final drive are also included.
