Skoda Auto India recently introduced the new Skoda Kushaq 2026 in India. Apart from unveiling this popular SUV, the brand has also revised the variant

lineup of the Skoda Kylaq. There are two new variants: Classic Plus and Prestige Plus in the range. With this, there are now six available trims on offer. The Classic Plus retails for a starting price of Rs 8.25 lakh, while the Prestige Plus costs Rs 11.99 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom. Skoda Kylaq: All About The New Variants
The Skoda Classic Plus and Prestige Plus are positioned above the base Classic and Prestige variants, respectively. Talking about the Classic Plus variant, it comes with more comfort as well as convenience amenities in the form of cruise control, electric sunroof, auto-dimming IRVM, a 4-speaker audio system and LED reading lamps. Other features include 16-inch steel wheel covers and rain-sensing wipers.
As for the Prestige Plus, it is the highest-spec variant, sitting right at the top of the range. In terms of new features, you get amenities such as paddle shifters (for AT variants), LED fog lamps, powered and cooled front seats, ambient lighting, premium materials, front and rear pads for doors, wireless charging, and 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels

Skoda Kylaq: Powertrain Options

The powertrain setup of the Skoda Kylaq SUV stays the same as before. There is a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, which puts out 114 bhp of maximum power and 178 Nm of peak torque. The transmission options on duty are a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
