The Royal Enfield Classic has a starting price of Rs 1.89 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai) for the Redditch Red variant. The prices shoot up to Rs 2.26 lakh for the Emerald and Signature White colour options. For Madras Red, customers have to shell out Rs 1.96 lakh, while Medallion Bronze is priced at Rs 2.01 lakh. The Commando Sand and Gorkha Green variants are available at Rs 2.12 lakh, whereas Gun Grey and Stealth Black are priced at Rs 2.21 lakh. Royal Enfield Classic 350: Engine And Hardware
The Classic 350 has the same 349cc, single-cylinder, air-oil-cooled J-platform engine that churns out a maximum power of 20.2bhp at 6,100rpm and a peak torque of 27Nm at 4,000rpm. The bike comes with a 5-speed gearbox.It has a twin-downtube spine frame with a 41mm telescopic front fork with 130mm of travel. The rear comes equipped with twin-tube emulsion shock absorbers with six-step preload adjustment and 90mm of travel. It is equipped with a 300mm front disc brake with a twin-piston floating calliper. The rear gets a 270mm disc with a single-piston floating calliper. The bike comes with dual-channel ABS. It rolls on a 100/90-19 front and 120/80-18 rear tyres, with spoke-wheel versions using tube-type tyres and alloy-wheel variants getting tubeless tyres.
