NIACL Recruitment 2025: The New India Assurance Company Ltd (NIACL) has announced a recruitment drive to fill 550 Administrative Officer (AO) posts across various specialisations. Interested and eligible
candidates can apply online through the official website, newindia.co.in, from August 7 to August 30, 2025.
According to the schedule, the Phase 1 online examination will be held on September 14, followed by the Phase 2 examination on October 29, 2025.
Vacancy Details
The openings include Risk Engineers (50), Automobile Engineers (75), Legal Specialists (50), Accounts Specialists (25), AO (Health) (50), IT Specialists (25), Business Analysts (75), Company Secretary (2), Actuarial Specialists (5), and Generalists (193).
Eligibility
For the Generalist category, candidates must have a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates). Specialist posts require specific qualifications in the relevant field, recognised by the Central Government.
Applicants must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on August 1, 2025 — born between August 2, 1995, and August 1, 2004 (both dates inclusive).

Selection Process
The recruitment will involve a preliminary examination, main examination, and interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined marks of the main examination (objective test) and interview, in descending order.

The application fee is Rs 100 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates and Rs 850 for all others. Payment can be made via debit/credit cards, internet banking, IMPS, or mobile wallets.
