Anil Kapoor is celebrating his 69th birthday today, December 24. The actor received an outpouring of love and well-wishes from his loved ones and fans across the country on the special day. Among them
is his daughter Sonam Kapoor, who not only wished him on the occasion but also expressed how much she admires him. On Instagram, Sonam shared a series of photos with her father from over the years and wrote a note to her “hero” and “forever inspiration”.
The post began with a still of the actor from the film, Mr. India. In one photo, Anil Kapoor was seen adoring his grandson, Vayu, who was sitting on Sonam’s lap. Following this, she added several photos showing the Welcome actor spending quality time with his grandson and his wife, Sunita Kapoor. Her carousel also featured throwback images of Anil Kapoor with his two girls, Sonam and Rhea Kapoor.
Sonam Kapoor Calls Anil Kapoor Her “Hero” And “Forever Inspiration”
One photo showed the father-daughter trio cutting a cake, while in a few others, the actor held little Sonam in his arms. The Khoobsurat actress also added several pictures of the father-daughter duo posing together on red carpets. In the caption of the post, Sonam wrote, “Happy Birthday to my hero and to my forever inspiration. Your energy, discipline, passion, and love for life amaze me every single day. Anupam Kher Also Wished His Good Friend On His Birthday
Besides Sonam, Anil Kapoor’s good friend, Anupam Kher, wished the actor on his special day. Alongside a video where he reminisced about their bond over the years, the 70-year-old actor wrote in the caption, “Happy Birthday, my dearest friend #KapoorSaab! May God give you all the happiness in the world. You are a great and caring friend one could ever ask for. Thank you for all that you do for me! Knowingly and unknowingly!”
