and the excitement is set to rise further with the release of its first song, ‘Jab Talak’, scheduled for tomorrow. To keep the anticipation high, the makers have unveiled fresh character posters of the lead trio. The posters reveal Rashmika Mandanna as Diya, Shahid Kapoor as Kunal, and Kriti Sanon as Ally, giving fans a glimpse into their distinct personalities.

On April 7, Rashmika Mandanna took to her Instagram to share fresh posters from Cocktail 2. The first poster shows her looking stunning in a bright orange crop top and mini-skirt, posing gracefully against a beautiful fountain. Another poster shows Shahid Kapoor in a striking orange shirt. Kriti Sanon appears chic in an olive-green bikini top paired with a matching bottom and sarong as she strolls the streets. Additional posters highlight Rashmika smiling brightly, while Kriti is seen in a white bikini.

Kriti Sanon On Cocktail 2
In a recent chat on Zoom’s podcast, Kriti shared her thoughts and excitement about the sequel, giving fans a glimpse of what’s to come. Speaking about Cocktail 2, the Mimi actress said she was looking for a film that wasn’t as heavy as her recent release. “Cocktail 2 just happened at the right time. I was craving it. I wanted to go into that really young, urban, fun space of a rom-com,” she shared.
She added, “Yes, it’s a sequel, but it’s more of a vibe sequel, I feel. The story is completely different, the characters are completely different, and their backstories are completely different.”

Cocktail 2 is positioned as a spiritual sequel to the 2012 hit Cocktail, which starred Saif Ali Khan, Deeoika Padikone, Diana Penty. Cocktail 2 has been shot across multiple locations, including Sicily in Italy and several places in Delhi and North India such as Chhatarpur, Gurugram and South Delhi. The film is directed by Homi Adajania, produced by Maddock Films and written by Luv Ranjan.
The film is scheduled to release in theatres on June 19.
