While living in Gurgaon, Hemant learned the art of preparing healthy juices. He spent around six months understanding the process and closely observing how people valued fresh juice early in the morning.
Watching this daily routine sparked an idea: if the same model could be introduced in his hometown, it could improve health awareness and also create employment.
Starting Fresh In Shivpuri
After returning to Shivpuri, Hemant set up a small health juice shop near Galaxy Hotel at Gurudwara Chowk. He opens his stall every day at 5:30 in the morning and continues serving customers until around 11:30 am.
His aim was simple: make healthy juice affordable for everyone.

A glass of juice costs just Rs 15, making it accessible to people from all backgrounds. The menu includes a variety of health-focused juices such as bottle gourd-cucumber, beetroot-carrot-ginger, amla, aloe vera-mint, and several others.
Hemant prepares all the juices himself, maintaining strict cleanliness throughout.
One rule Hemant follows without exception is that leftover juice is never sold the next day, it is thrown away. This commitment to freshness and honesty has become his identity. Over time, it has earned him the trust of his customers.
Nine Years Of Consistent Hard Work
Hemant has been running this juice business for nearly nine years. Staying committed to the same work for so long is not easy, but he never gave up. Along with juices, he also offers sprouted chickpeas, which are considered highly beneficial when eaten in the morning.
Beyond selling juice, Hemant takes time to explain which juice helps with specific health concerns. Many regular customers say that consistent consumption has improved their digestion, reduced weakness, and eased tiredness.

Hemant earns around Rs 1,500 or more each day. However, he says his goal is not merely to make money. He wants people to rely less on medicines and move towards natural, healthier alternatives.
