The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday released the list of its star campaigners for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, set to take place in November. The list for Phase 1 features 40 names.
Leading the list are Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national president JP Nadda, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari, among other senior leaders.
Also featured are well-known actor-politicians such as Pawan Singh, Manoj Tiwari, and Ravi Kishan, who are expected to draw crowds with their popularity.

The Bihar Assembly elections will be held in two phases. Polling for 121 seats of the 243-member Assembly will take place on November 6. The remaining 122 constituencies will go to vote on November 11. Counting of votes is scheduled for November 14.
