After wrapping up the DEADLINE World Tour with fellow BLACKPINK members— Jennie, Jisoo, and Lisa, Rose made an appearance on the famous Call Her Daddy podcast.
Rose Reveals Her Dream Collaboration
During the episode, when host Alex Cooper asked the K-Pop icon to share three names for her dream collab, Rose immediately replied, “That’s way too hard.” She continued, “I see Miley on the screen. I would die to have a collaboration with her. She’s literally a legend.”

Rose Shares Plans for Her Solo Career
Alongside BLACKPINK, Rose has also established herself as a successful solo artist over the years. After concluding BLACKPINK’s tour, fans expected her to go on a solo tour. However, during the podcast, Rose revealed that a solo tour is not happening anytime soon.
“I feel like to create a whole world onstage, I need more time to build on that with extra songs as well, because right now we have, what, 12?” She admitted that she does not yet feel prepared to go on a tour.
However, Rose shared that the idea of a solo tour is not completely off the table. The K-pop icon revealed that she might consider solo concerts once she releases her second album or drops new music she can perform live. She also asked her fans around the world to wait a little longer and be patient.
Rose Receives Four Nominations at the 68th Grammy Awards
Rose made history by becoming the first Korean soloist to receive nominations in the Grammy general fields. The K-pop icon received four nominations for her collaboration with Bruno Mars in APT.
She has been nominated for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. Rose also secured a fourth nomination for Messy from F1: The Album. The highly anticipated 68th Grammy Awards will take place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on February 1. The ceremony will be broadcast live on CBS and available to stream on Paramount+.
