Sushmita Sen was last seen in the crime thriller drama Aarya. Based on the Dutch drama series Penoza, Aarya follows an independent woman who seeks to protect her family. She joins a mafia gang to get revenge for her husband’s murder.
The series stars Sushmita Sen in the titular role alongside Chandrachur Singh and Bhupendra Jadawat in other prominent roles. The three-season series first premiered in 2020 on JioHotstar. Later, it was released in six different languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Malayalam, Marathi, and Kannada.
Following the positive reception of the third season, fans are highly expecting the makers to announce Aarya Season 4. However, there has been no official confirmation yet. Sushmita Sen has not shared any statements yet on the possibility of the upcoming season.
