song Ghar Kab Aaoge. The video celebrates the spirit of the armed forces while highlighting the emotional core of the much-anticipated war drama.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Varun Dhawan shared a reel in which he along with Ahan Shetty can be seen dancing with Indian Navy Forces on the song ‘Ghar Kab Aaoge”. The song has turned into nostalgic for many fans. Sonu Nigam is also seen in the video.

On Wednesday, Varun went live on Instagram while travelling to the Karwar Naval Base for promotions of his upcoming film Border 2. He was joined by singer Vishal Mishra and the mood was anything but serious. After greeting fans, Varun looked at Vishal and said, “I know my smile is trending.” He then flashed the now-famous grin, instantly sending viewers into a frenzy.
As Vishal burst out laughing, Varun encouraged him to try copying it and even turned it into a tutorial. Varun explained, “Give a full smile and drop your smile from one side.” Vishal followed the instructions, and within seconds, both of them were laughing uncontrollably. Varun later added that he was happy “the whole of India was smiling” along with him.
When Varun Dhawan Responded To Fan
This isn’t the first time Varun has handled criticism with wit. Recently, a netizen questioned his acting abilities in the comments section, writing, “Bhai aapki acting pe sawaal utha raha hai log, uske liye kya bolega?” Varun responded playfully, “Yehi sawaal ne gaana hit kara diya. Sab enjoy kar rahe hain- rab di mehar.”
Earlier, during an Ask Me Anything session, a fan slammed Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, calling it “pathetic” and questioning Varun’s career choices. The comment read, “Bhai, aren’t you serious about your comeback? Stop doing pathetic movies like SSKTK in the name of versatility.” Varun’s reply was cheeky yet confident. He said, “Chalo, film phir bhi thodi chal gayi. Aap theatre jaate rehna. Main Border 2 might surprise you, since your taste is amazing.”
Border 2 Release Date
In Border 2, Varun Dhawan will be seen as Colonel Hoshiar Singh Dahiya. Directed by Anurag Singh, the war drama also stars Ahan Shetty, Diljit Dosanjh, Medha Rana, Anya Singh, Sunny Deol and Sonam Bajwa among others. It is set to hit the theatres on January 23, 2026.
