The romantic drama Saiyaara, starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, was a box office success. Along with its dramatic story, the music played a big role. The title track Saiyaara, sung by Faheem Abdullah,
caught on instantly and is now seen as a love anthem much like Tum Hi Ho from Aashiqui 2, which was released back in 2013.
But the craze around the song has taken an unusual turn. A recent video being shared across social media shows how the track is now being performed in a bhajan style. And it has left people amused, surprised and entertained.
Saiyaara In Bhajan Vibe
In the clip, a woman dressed in a red saree is seated with a harmonium. Around her, other members of the group are playing instruments like tabla and cymbals. Together, they start singing Saiyaara. The woman sings the line, “Haaye Main Mar Hi Jaaun, Jo Tujhko Na Paaun…” and with the instruments in rhythm, the song gives the feeling of a bhajan rather than a Bollywood track.
A man playing the tabla enters the frame, performing with full enthusiasm that matches the singer’s energy.
The overlay text on the video reads, “Saiyaara song ki bhi fielding set ho gayi hai (Even Saiyaara song’s fielding has been set),” while the caption stated, “Bhai kya tha ye (Brother, what was that?).”

Another joked, “Faheem Abdullah laughing in the corner.”
Someone else added, “Kuch bhi bolo Vibe to hai (Say what you want, but there is definitely a vibe).”
A viewer commented, “Cringe pro max,” while a person said, “Better than original.”

Saiyaara Serving Biryani Too
This isn’t the only instance highlighting the Saiyaara fever. In August, another video from Lucknow’s Dandaiya market went viral, featuring a street vendor who named his biryani stall after the film. What grabbed attention was not just the name, but also the stall’s board, which displayed Saiyaara in the exact same font as the film’s official title design.
