Mona Singh will soon be seen in a cybercrime drama backed by Rajkumar Hirani. The show will mark 3 Idiots director’s debut on OTT. In the fresh update, it is now being reported that Vikrant Massey has
joined the cast. However, nothing has been made official till now.
Mid-day has reported that the yet-untitled series will also feature Vikrant Massey. Mona Singh was also spotted speaking about the show recently, “There’s a beautiful show that’s going to be announced. I’m excited about it,” Mona said in a recent interview and added that the project is backed by the filmmaker. The show reportedly centres on cyber crime, though details remain under wraps. Mona made her film debut in Hirani’s ‘3 Idiots’ (2009).
Vikrant Massey’s Recent Work And Upcoming Projects
On the work front, Vikrant was last seen in Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan, which failed to make a strong impact at the box office. He has several projects lined up, including O Romeo, Yaar Jigri, Talaakhon Mein Ek, a biopic on Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, and Dostana 2.
Once largely associated with the OTT space, Vikrant’s career saw a major upswing after the success of 12th Fail, which also earned him the National Award last year. After winning the honour, the actor had written, “I’ve been thinking since yesterday की मैं क्या लिखूँ? कैसे आप सबका शुक्रिया अदा करूँ? And I’m still unable to. So hopefully a simple thank you from the bottom heart would suffice I’m grateful beyond words for your continued support in my journey… This dreamlike life is only because of you (sic).”

The actress was seen in Kohrra 2. She portrays a senior police officer who supervises the character played by Barun Sobti. The narrative not only focuses on a complex investigation but also highlights the shifting power dynamic when a male officer reports to a female superior.
