In a big development in Sunjay Kapur’s wealth inheritance case, the late industrialist’s mother, Rani Kapur, has now filed a fresh case in the Delhi High Court against her daughter-in-law Priya Kapur and actress Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samaira and Kiaan. In her plea, Rani Kapur has alleged that the two parties orchestrated a “fraudulent family trust” to unlawfully strip her of her entire estate.
