Aamir Khan’s relationship with Gauri Spratt is not a secret. The two, who have been dating each other for quite some time now, have now reportedly moved into a swanky new home in Mumbai. If a report by
Bollywood Hungama is to be believed, the house is not very far away from where the rest of Aamir’s family lives.
When asked about the same, Aamir told the entertainment portal, “This is happening right in the middle of my production Happy Patel being released. So, it’s madness.”
The Bollywood superstar further stated that even though he and Gauri are very serious about each other, there is no immediate plan for marriage. Khan expressed that he is already married to his ladylove in his heart, but has not decided yet if he plans to formalise it.
“Gauri and I are really serious about each other and we are in a very committed space. And we are, you know, we are partners. We are together. Marriage is something, I mean, in my heart, I’m already married to her. So whether we formalise it or not is something that, you know, I will decide as we go along,” Aamir said.
When Did Aamir Khan Confirm Dating Gauri?
Aamir Khan surprised fans on his 60th birthday last year by introducing his girlfriend, Gauri Spratt, to the public. In a private gathering with media personnel in Mumbai, Aamir confirmed their relationship, revealing they had known each other for 25 years before reconnecting about a year and a half ago. “We met accidentally, kept in touch, and it all happened organically,” he explained.
Gauri, a mother of a six-year-old son, shared that she sought someone gentle and intelligent, and she’s found those qualities in Aamir. Notably, Gauri now works with Aamir’s production house, blending their personal and professional lives.
Aamir Khan was first married to Reena Dutta, with whom he tied the knot in 1986. He has two children with her: Ira Khan and Junaid Khan. The couple got divorced in 2002. Later, Khan got married to filmmaker Kiran Rao in 2005 and in 2021, they announced their separation. They also have a son, Azad, who was born through surrogacy. Aamir Khan shares a good bond with both his ex-wives, Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao. They remain on cordial terms.
