Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday’s romance film Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri (TMMTMTTM) struggled to maintain momentum at the box office on its first Sunday. Released over the holiday weekend, the film faced
stiff competition from Aditya Dhar’s action-packed Dhurandhar and James Cameron’s Hollywood sci-fi epic Avatar: Fire and Ash, both of which continued to draw large audiences.
According to early estimates from industry tracker Sacnilk, TMMTMTTM earned Rs 4.97 crore on Sunday, marking a significant drop from its opening day collection of Rs 7.75 crore. The film’s total box office revenue currently stands at Rs 23.47 crore.
Occupancy across Hindi circuits was a modest 24.85%, with evening shows attracting the highest footfall at 39.03%. Night shows recorded 24.11% occupancy, afternoon shows 27.82%, and morning shows saw just 8.44%. The film’s performance highlights the challenges romantic dramas face in today’s market, especially when competing against high-profile releases.
Tu Meri Main Tera is produced by Karan Johar under Dharma Productions, alongside Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Bhumika Tewari, and Namah Pictures’ Shareen Mantri Kedia and Kishor Arora. The film is directed by Sameer Vidwans, known for his work on Satyaprem Ki Katha (2023). It had its worldwide theatrical premiere on Christmas 2025.
