XLRI has declared the results of the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2026 and released the scorecards on its official website, xatonline.in. The management entrance exam was conducted on January 4, 2026.
Candidates
who appeared for the exam can now check and download their XAT 2026 scorecard by logging in through the candidate portal on the official website. The scorecard is available only in online mode and will not be issued in physical form.
The XAT 2026 response sheet was released on January 6, followed by the provisional answer key on January 9, 2026. The objection window was also opened on the same day. The final result has been prepared after reviewing all objections raised by candidates against the provisional answer key.
How To Download XAT 2026 Scorecard?
Candidates can follow the steps below to download their scorecard:
- Visit the official website at xatonline.in
- Click on the login tab.
- Select the ‘scorecard download’ option.
- Enter the XAT ID and password.
- Click on sign in.
- The XAT 2026 result will appear on the screen.
- Download the scorecard and save it as a PDF.

The scorecard will carry the candidate’s personal details, section-wise scores, overall score, section-wise percentile and overall percentile. Candidates are advised to check all details carefully after downloading the scorecard.
XAT 2026 Selection Process
Admission to XLRI and other participating institutes involves multiple stages. As per the XAT selection criteria for XLRI, candidates shortlisted on the basis of their XAT scores will have to appear for a personal interview and an essay writing test.
There is no provision for revaluation or rechecking of the XAT score. Candidates who are not satisfied with their performance can appear for the exam again next year.

XAT 2026 Sectional Weightage
The XAT exam assigns different weightage to each section. Quantitative Aptitude carries the highest weightage with 28 marks, followed by Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning with 26 marks, Decision Making with 21 marks and General Knowledge with 20 marks.
Candidates are advised to keep a copy of their XAT 2026 scorecard for use during the admission process.
