Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) spokesperson Saurav Das on Wednesday alleged that a group of YouTubers and media personnel broke into his New Delhi-based residence and aired visuals from inside the premises.
Describing the episode as an “invasion of privacy”, Das voiced concern over the safety of his family. Tagging the Delhi Police on social media, the CJP spokesperson said that if he were attacked by anti-social elements, the responsibility would rest with those “YouTubers and the troll networks” backing them.
In a post on ‘X’, Saurav Das, a journalist, wrote: “Certain YouTubers and media channels have broken into my house and are showing the visuals from inside. It’s not just an invasion of my privacy but also a grave security threat for me and my family.”

“If anti-social elements attack me at my residence as a result of this, these YouTubers and their troll handlers who are coordinating this will be directly responsible!” he added.
TMC MP Responds
Saurav Das’s post sounding alarm over the alleged trespassing got an immediate response from Trinamool Congress (TMC) Rajya Sabha MP Derek O’Brien.

Saurav Das has been a vocal spokesperson of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) –– headed by Abhijeet Dipke –– that spearheaded the recent students’ protest at Jantar Mantar over the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak controversy.
Das, a prominent spokesperson of the CJP, is an investigative journalist who has worked on law, governance, and judicial accountability.
