Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have returned to Mumbai after celebrating the New Year at an undisclosed location. On Wednesday morning, the couple was spotted by the paparazzi as they walked out of the airport.
In a video that surfaced on social media, Ranbir and Alia were seen greeting paparazzi. While Alia waved at the shutterbugs, Ranbir greeted them with a thumbs-up.
Alia Bhatt looked simple yet stylish in a white top. She sported black goggles, ditched accessories and tied her hair into a neat bun. On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor looked dapper in a black tee. He also sported a matching cap with goggles and was seen carrying a backpack on his shoulder. Watch the video here:

Previously, Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram handle and shared a sweet photo featuring a happy moment with Ranbir Kapoor and Raha as they welcomed 2026. Ranbir was seen holding Raha up in the sky while Alia was watching them with a smile. “& up you go love.. happy 2026,” the caption of her post read.
Ranbir And Alia’s Upcoming Movie – Love And War
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are all set to collaborate once again for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War. The film will also star Vicky Kaushal in the lead.
Last year, Ranbir Kapoor talked about the project during a meet and greet event in Mumbai when he said, “Love and War is something which is every actor’s dream. To work with brilliant actors like Alia and Vicky and to be directed by the master – Sanjay Leela Bhansali. I worked with him 17 years ago. To work with him again, I can say this with so much of clarity that I haven’t met a human being who works so hard, who understands characters, emotions, music, Indian culture, Indian value system, as much as Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Just to be on his set, it is tiring. It is long. The process can be a little daunting but eventually, as an artist, it is so satisfying. He really nurtures art. As actors, it’s truly been amazing so far.”
