• 2–3 slices of Harvest Gold Milk Bread
• 1/2 cup fresh curd (hung)
• 2 tablespoons green chutney
• 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cucumber (thinly sliced)
• A few coriander leaves
Instructions:
• Take fresh curd and whisk it well until smooth.
• Add roasted cumin powder and salt to the curd.
• Spread the curd mixture evenly on the bread slices.
• Layer with cucumber slices.
• Garnish with coriander leaves.
• Cover with another slice, cut, and serve chilled.
Fruit Sandwich
Ingredients:
• 2–3 slices of Harvest Gold Milk Bread
• 2 tablespoons fresh cream or hung curd
• 1/2 mango (sliced)
• A few slices of apple
• A few slices of banana
• 1 teaspoon honey
• Chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
• Spread fresh cream or hung curd on the bread slices.
• Layer with mango, apple, and banana slices.
• Drizzle honey on top and sprinkle chopped nuts if desired.

Ingredients:
• 2 slices of Harvest Gold Multigrain Bread
• 1 ripe avocado

• Chilli flakes (optional)
Instructions:

• Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
