BTS is back! The septet not only released their studio album, Arirang, but also marked their comeback as a group with a free concert in Seoul, livestreamed on Netflix, after a nearly four-year hiatus.
Now back in full swing, the K-pop supergroup, comprising RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook, is pulling out all the stops to promote their newly released album before embarking on their world tour.
One of their highly anticipated comeback activities includes two back-to-back appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. On Wednesday, March 25, the septet marked their first appearance on the show after nearly five years. While the members have individually graced the show, it was the first time since 2021 that BTS, as a group, appeared on it to promote Arirang. They are also set to grace the show on Thursday, March 26.

When BTS Performed In NYC As Part Of A Fan Event
Their appearance on the show comes just days after their intimate yet powerful performance in New York City. The group performed at Pier 17 as part of an exclusive fan event, titled Spotify x BTS: Swimside, marking their first U.S. stage as OT7 since their hiatus. The event, attended by around 1,000 specially invited fans, was tied to Swim, a track from their new album Arirang. At the event, BTS’s leader, RM, spoke about the message behind their new album. He said, “First is that we are here — second is that we are here together. It’s been four years but now we’re here. We seven, and with you all, Army. We, with you, can take over the world.”
