Madhuri Dixit has made a notable real estate decision by leasing a property in South Mumbai. It has been reported that Madhuri has taken a property on rent at One Lodha Palace, which is said to be one
of the prominent commercial properties in Mumbai.
As per HT, property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the official website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra stated that the transaction took place in March 2026. The carpet area of the property spans 67.91 sq. m. (731 sq. ft.) and also has a dedicated parking space. As per the update, the monetary transaction involved a stamp duty of Rs. 72,600 and registration charges of Rs. 1,000, along with a security deposit of Rs. 17 lakh.
The lease has been signed for a tenure of five years, and the monthly rent is reported to be Rs. 4.25 lakh for the first year. It has been claimed that every year the rent will increase by 5 percent, which will take the figures to Rs. 4.46 lakh in the second year, Rs. 4.68 lakh in the third year, Rs. 4.91 lakh in the fourth year, and Rs. 5.16 lakh in the final year before the agreement ends. This makes the total estimated rent for the property approximately Rs. 2.81 crore.
