Prabhas started 2026 with a gift for his fans. His new film, The Raja Saab, released on January 9 across India. All over the country, fans of the Baahubali actor are taking out processions to mark his latest
release. Fans are also taking fake crocodiles to events to recreate a viral scene from the film’s trailer, where Prabhas fights the animal.
A video from Kodur shows a rally taken out to honour Prabhas’ latest release. Fans are seen carrying dummy crocodiles, posters of the Saaho actor and flags with ‘Prabhas Army’ written over them.

Not just that, many fans are carrying dummy crocodiles over their heads to screenings of The Raja Saab as a tribute to the movie’s scene where Prabhas’s character fights and throws the crocodile.

Several theatres in Hyderabad saw chaotic scenes on January 8 after some premiere shows were delayed due to permission-related issues. Hyderabad’s Sandhya Theatre was one of the cinema halls where the show was cancelled. Videos show people dancing on the streets outside the cinema hall. There is a giant garlanded cutout of Prabhas outside Sandhya Theatre.. As per a video, fans were disappointed after the premiere show was cancelled at the theatre. The people can be seen banging on the buses as they pass.

Not just that, fans reportedly stormed into Hyderabad’s Vimal Theatre and refused to leave until they were given updates about the screening.
The Raja Saab Merchandise
It’s not only fake crocodiles that are trending due to Prabhas’ latest film. T-shirts and other merchandise of The Raja Saab have also sparked buzz online. A video shows how people are creating headbands and clothes featuring the film’s posters. One of the highlights is Prabhas oozing swag in sunglasses and a checkered shirt. One account priced the headbands for Rs 69 and the T-shirts for Rs 299.

What Is The Raja Saab About?
The film follows Prabhas as a young heir who encounters a sinister presence in a mansion while searching for his missing grandfather. The movie also stars Sanjay Dutt, Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, Boman Irani, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Zarina Wahab in pivotal roles.
This is the first release of Prabhas after his sci-fi hit Kalki 2898 AD. The actor is set to appear next in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit opposite Triptii Dimri. He will also star in Fauzi and Salaar Part 2.
