There’s a certain kind of fitness that goes beyond aesthetics: one that feels intuitive, sustainable, and deeply personal. Kareena Kapoor has long embodied that philosophy, moving away from extremes and embracing
a more balanced, mindful approach to wellness. Her latest yoga routine offers a glimpse into that evolution where strength meets stillness, and discipline coexists with ease.
Kareena Kapoor’s fitness trainer Anshuka Parwani took to her Instagram to share a peek into the actor’s yoga flow. Here are all the yoga poses Bebo performed in the video.

Chakrasana – Wheel Pose
This deep backbend involves lifting the body into an arched, wheel-like shape. It strengthens the arms, legs, and spine while improving flexibility and opening up the chest. It also helps stimulate the endocrine system and boost overall energy. However, it requires caution, as incorrect alignment can lead to wrist strain or spinal discomfort.
Virbhadrasan – Warrior Pose
A foundational standing pose, Virbhadrasana helps strengthen the chest, lungs, shoulders, and arms. It tones the legs, especially the thighs and calves, while improving balance and stamina. It’s also known to enhance focus and body awareness.
Vrikshasana – Tree Pose
Focused on balance, this asana requires standing on one leg while placing the other foot against the inner thigh. It strengthens the lower body muscles, improves posture, and enhances concentration while helping develop stability.
Natarajasana– Dancer’s Pose
Inspired by the cosmic dancer, this pose involves balancing on one leg while holding the other behind. It stretches the chest, shoulders, thighs, and hips, while improving posture, flexibility, and overall coordination with regular practice.
Parivrtta Anjaneyasana– Low Lunge Twist
This pose combines a deep lunge with a spinal twist. It opens up the hips, stretches the legs, and improves spinal mobility. The twisting motion also aids digestion and helps release built-up tension in the back.
Halasana– Plough Pose
In this inverted pose, the legs are taken over the head to touch the floor behind. It stretches the spine and shoulders, improves flexibility, and helps calm the nervous system. It is also known to support better digestion and reduce stress.
Supta Baddha Konasana– Reclining Butterfly Pose
A restorative asana, this pose involves lying back with the soles of the feet together. It gently opens the hips and inner thighs while promoting relaxation, making it ideal for releasing stress and fatigue.
Setu Bandhasana– Bridge Pose
This involves lifting the hips while keeping the shoulders grounded. It strengthens the lower back, glutes, and thighs, while opening up the chest and improving posture—especially beneficial for those who sit for long hours.
Supported Setu Bandhasana
A variation of the bridge pose, Kareena used a wheel under the lower back for added support. It allows a deeper stretch while reducing strain, helping relax the spine and restore alignment.
Shavasana– Corpse Pose
Often considered the most important pose, Shavasana involves lying flat and completely still. It allows the body to recover, reduces stress, and integrates the benefits of the entire practice, leaving you refreshed and centred.
