He was comfortable owning who he was. One of my favourites, one of my bravest I got to live! Been 10 years to #KiAndKa and this film holds a very special place in my heart. 10 years to this… which means I’m supposed to say something profound here right bebo? Just kidding.. The film also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran in a key role and is jointly produced by Junglee Pictures and Pen Studios. It is slated for a theatrical release in 2026.
According to the official press note, Daayra explores how a disturbing incident can set off powerful and often conflicting reactions, influencing public opinion and raising layered moral questions. The story navigates the grey areas of justice and truth, prompting audiences to reflect rather than offering straightforward answers. With filming now complete, the project has moved into post-production.
