A video of a cowboy-themed villa in Panchgani has captured everyone’s attention, and once you see it, you’ll know why. It’s not just a house, it’s a dream come true for a man who proudly calls himself
“Panchgani’s Cowboy.”
In the viral video, a popular content creator known for exploring unique homes across India is seen asking the owner, “Can I get your house tour?” The owner smiles and says, “Let’s go! Welcome to our Cowboy Castle.” What follows is pure magic, rustic charm, fog drifting into rooms and wide-open views of Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar.
Wearing a cowboy hat, the owner shares his story. “Cowboy used to attract me a lot. When I used to hang out with my friends, they used to tease me, Panchgani’s Cowboy! So I thought, why not make my house in the same theme?”

Over a decade ago, this dream to build a cowboy-themed villa started as a tiny plot on a lonely cliffside where there was no road, no power, just wild nature. The owner discovered it while riding through the hills on horseback. He first built a small gazebo for friends, surrounded by mango trees. But slowly, the place evolved into a stunning 7-bedroom villa, designed using local laterite stone, reclaimed wood and soil from the land itself.
Revival Of Villa
Tragically, a massive jungle fire once destroyed his original home. But instead of giving up, he rebuilt it, and this time, it was stronger, bolder and full of heart. Now, the Cowboy Castle stands as a symbol of resilience and creativity, offering breathtaking views that make visitors feel like they have stepped into a European countryside retreat.

Every corner of the house reflected the owner’s personality with music instruments scattered around, a rustic bed made on-site and a “Brahmasthal” living room filled with sunlight.
Save Panchgani
In the middle of the conversation, the owner also said, “Every summer, wildfires turn these mountains black. We are just trying to make an awareness program in schools and colleges. Lovely. Let’s hope for the best. Save the Panchgani, save the Mahabaleshwar.”
‘It Is A Beautiful Place’
The Internet loved the villa, as visible in the comments section. One user wrote, “Yes, amigo, it’s a beautiful place.” Another added, “Wow, would love to visit once.” Someone else joked, “Looks like Sunny Deol is living in Betaab movie.” A person said, “He must be from Texas!”
In the middle of this, some users wondered whether it was the same house where the film They Call Him OG was shot. A person remarked, “I think I saw this house recently in an uploaded South Indian movie on Netflix ( I think it’s an OG movie).” Meanwhile, “Isn’t it the same house where OG movie was shot? Beautiful house, beautiful views,” commented another.
