Madhuri Dixit, Tripti Dimri and Ravi Kishan’s New Film
With a title as desi as the emotions it seeks to portray, Ma Behen promises to be a character-driven roller coaster of emotions and chaos that blends generations, ideologies and sentiments with a generous dose of humour.
The film explores the sweet-and-sour dynamic between a modern young woman and her charming yet traditional mother. Despite their contrasting outlooks, the story beautifully unfolds through their evolving bond, heartfelt moments and plenty of laughter.
This marks the second on-screen collaboration between Madhuri and Tripti after Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film also stars Ravi Kishan, Shardul Bhardwaj and Dharna Durga in pivotal roles.
Director Suresh Triveni has co-written the script with Pooja Tolani. The project is backed by Abundantia Entertainment. The makers have opted to skip a theatrical release, with Ma Behen set to premiere directly on Netflix in 2026.
