Actress Disha Patani, who is renowned for her athletic physique and rigorous lifestyle, has long served as a fitness inspiration to her followers. The 33-year-old credits her fitness to a remarkably consistent
routine, while many seek out intricate biohacks to keep in shape.
During a July 2022 interview with PeepingMoon, Patani opened up about her daily routine. The Baaghi 2 actress admitted that her diet plan is pretty “boring”.

Disha Patani’s three-drink ritual
Disha Patani revealed that she starts her metabolism with three particular drinks before a meal. She said she has two to three glasses of basic water, a “special tea” made to calm and preserve throat health, and turmeric water, which is known for its strong anti-inflammatory qualities.
“The first thing I do when I wake up is I have turmeric water. And then, there’s a special tea, which is good for the throat. And I drink like two, three glasses of water as soon as I wake up,” Patani told the outlet.
Patani added that she also follows “intermittent fasting” and has her breakfast around 12 PM. She said she is usually “very hungry” at that point.
The star went on to say that she typically eats “any protein source and carbs and some vegetables on the side” for lunch and a “basic” breakfast of eggs with rice or toast. Patani said she prefers “protein and carbs” for dinner.
Disha Patani avoids snacking
Disha Patani said she has multiple meals a day to avoid snacking. “I need to have at least three to four meals a day. So I try not to snack,” she said. She added that she eats “the same food every day”.
“I’ve been eating the same food for the last, I don’t know how many years. Same recipes, same dish. I’m pretty boring in terms of my meals,” Patani said. However, the Kung Fu Yoga actress said she looks forward to Sunday, which is her cheat day.
“The only exciting part of my week is Sunday, when I eat everything. That’s my cheat day,” Patani elaborated. She said she would have chocolate or anything sweet on Sunday.
