Rashmika Mandanna was recently seen in Homi Adajania’s romantic drama ‘Cocktail 2’ alongside Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon. The film was released in theatres on June 19. Now, two days after the film’s
release, the actress has dropped a special BTS glimpse from the sets. The clip captures Rashmika during a shoot setup, offering fans a rare glimpse of the actress stepping into the world of her character Diya Reddy. While the video itself is simple, it is the heartfelt note accompanying it that has left fans emotional.
Rashmika Mandanna Signs Off As Diya Reddy
In her Instagram caption, Rashmika wrote, “We’ve always believed in the forever kind of love and it was lived.” She then signed off with a touching message, writing, “Signing off with love. Yours, Diya Reddy and Rashmika.” Check out the post below!

Cocktail 2 is a spiritual sequel to the 2012 film ‘Cocktail’ starring Deepika Padukone, Saif Ali Khan and Diana Penty. Helmed by Homi Adajania, the film stars Shahid Kapoor as Kunal, Rashmika Mandanna as Diya, and Kriti Sanon as Ally. It revolves around a long-term couple whose relationship is tested when a third person enters their lives.
Earlier, Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput shared her review of the film. She revealed that she enjoyed the film, and had a great time at the movies.
“Finally a great time at the movies! With the laughs, the emotion, the joy, the fun, the gorgeous frames and yet being strikingly real,” she wrote.
Cocktail 2 is produced by Dinesh Vijan, Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg. The screenplay has been written by Tarun Jain and Luv Ranjan. The film was released in theatres on June 19, 2026.
