Action stars Tiger Shroff and Vidyut Jammwal are reportedly set to join forces for filmmaker Milap Zaveri’s next untitled film, igniting excitement among fans of high-octane action. While official confirmations
are still awaited from the makers, buzz suggests that the collaboration could be one of the biggest action spectacles.
Pinkvilla has quoted a source saying, “Kirti Shetty has been roped in as the female lead, which will mark another big Bollywood outing for her. This film is designed as a full-fledged, intense action love story. The idea was always to bring together two real action heroes, and Tiger Shroff and Vidyut Jammwal were the obvious choices. Their pairing is something audiences have been waiting to see.”
“The film is expected to go on floors in February, with pre-production currently in full swing. Action sequences, hand-to-hand combat, and insane stunt choreography is being planned, keeping in mind the unique onscreen personas of both leads. Tiger will straight jump onto this film after completing Lag Jaa Gale. He’s extremely excited to collaborate with Vidyut and Milap, especially given the scale of action being planned,” the source added.
What’s next for Vidyut Jammwal?
Vidyut Jammwal is all set to make his Hollywood debut with the upcoming live-action ‘Street Fighter’ adaptation starring Noah Centineo, Andrew Koji, Cody Rhodes, Jason Momoa and others.
In his first look from Street Fighter, Vidyut is seen with a shaved head, and his lean, battle-ready physique is highlighted by monk-style markings. The first teaser of Street Fighter was unveiled during the 2925 Game Awards, during which the film’s cast took the stage to introduce themselves.
Helmed by director Kitao Sakurai, Street Fighter is set to release in theatres on October 16, 2026.
Meanwhile, Vidyut was last seen in the Tamil film Madharaasi. Before this, he was seen in the action thriller, Crakk: Jeetega Toh Jiyegaa!, which also marked his debut as a producer. Helmed by Aditya Datt, the film also featured Arjun Rampal, Nora Fatehi and Amy Jackson in the leads.
