Ingredients:
• 1 cup fresh mango pulp
• 8–10 fresh mint leaves
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp sugar or honey (optional)
• Chilled soda or sparkling water
• Ice cubes
Method:
In a shaker, muddle mint leaves with lemon juice and sugar.
Add mango pulp and mix well.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the mixture.
Top with chilled soda.
Garnish with a mint sprig and a mango slice.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups fresh watermelon cubes (seedless)
• 5–6 basil leaves
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• A pinch of black salt
• Chilled water or soda
• Ice cubes
Method:
Blend the watermelon cubes and strain the juice.
Lightly crush the basil leaves and add them to the juice.
Mix in lime juice and black salt.
Pour over ice and top with chilled water or soda.
Garnish with basil leaves or a watermelon wedge.
