In an update shared on Sunday night, the NTA stated that around one lakh students had already downloaded their admit cards. It also noted that the option to verify bank account details for refunds—accessible after two-factor authentication login—has been introduced in the interest of students. While the servers are currently experiencing heavy traffic, the agency assured that efforts are ongoing to ensure all candidates can access their admit cards without difficulty.
Two-factor Authentication, Tech Glitches
Several candidates have taken to X questioning the technical glitches and the introduction of the two-step verification process. “Why did you have to put a 2 step verification just to download admit cards when it already causes enough problems downloading it alone due to server issues, with just 5 days remaining we’re frantic because most of us cannot access our admit cards! What do you have against us,” one user posted.
While some users said they faced glitches while submitting bank details for fee refund. “I have filled my bank details for refund , But yesterday For downloading re neet admit card when I clicked on “go to first verify the bank details” it said if you don’t want to edit then click here after that it says ‘you agreed not to provide bank details for refund’,” said another user.
