Dubai, Jun 28 (AP) Iran’s paramilitary Revolutionary Guard on Sunday said it had carried out overnight attacks on Bahrain and Kuwait and threatened a “complete halt” could come to talks with the US if
America continues its attacks.
The Guard statement, carried by the state-run IRAN newspaper, represented the sharpest threat yet to talks over the interim deal struck between Iran and the US That created a 60-day window for the two countries to negotiate a permanent end to the war.
The Guard said it attacked the US Navy’s 5th Fleet headquarters in Bahrain, as well as Al Asad Air Base in Kuwait.
