Every few months, rumours about Anirudh Ravichander and Kavya Maran’s relationship seem to make a comeback. However, this time, it sounds more serious and bigger than ever. According to reports, wedding
bells could soon ring for the popular composer and the Sunrisers Hyderabad CEO. Notably, neither Anirudh nor Kavya has confirmed the news.
According to recent media reports, the two are likely to get married later this year, with the wedding reportedly being planned after the release of Rajinikanth’s much-awaited Jailer 2. That said, there has been no official announcement from either of them, so the reports remain purely speculative for now.

Interestingly, the latest round of rumours gained momentum after actor and dramatist Y. G. Mahendra, who is also Anirudh’s uncle, spoke about the pair in a recent interview. He shared that he had heard Anirudh and Kavya were planning to get married. He also had only good things to say about Kavya, praising her leadership skills and adding that the two would make a wonderful couple.
While the internet is busy discussing the possibility of their wedding, both Anirudh and Kavya have continued to keep things private. Until they choose to address the reports themselves, fans will have to wait for an official confirmation.
Away from the rumours, Anirudh continues to dominate the music scene. One of the busiest composers in Indian cinema today, he has delivered blockbuster albums and memorable background scores for some of the industry’s biggest stars, including Rajinikanth, Vijay, Shah Rukh Khan and Jr NTR. His music has earned him a massive fan following across the country.
His work diary is packed as well. Anirudh is currently composing music for Vijay’s Jana Nayagan, Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 and Shah Rukh Khan’s King, making him one of the most in-demand names in the industry.
Kavya, meanwhile, is the CEO of IPL franchise Sunrisers Hyderabad and the daughter of Sun Group chairman Kalanithi Maran.
