Two days after a social media influencer shared a video showing a Hyundai employee asking him to speak in Marathi, the MNS released a new video featuring the same woman. In the clip, the woman accuses
the influencer of playing the victim card and posting the earlier video merely for views and likes.
In the video, the woman says she has lost her job and the respect she earned over the years in her profession because of this incident.
According to the MNS, the woman, a senior employee originally from Bengal, was harassed during a flight simply for speaking in Marathi.

The party claimed that the influencer misrepresented the incident, portraying himself as the victim, while the woman lost her job for merely requesting that he straighten his seat in Marathi.
According to MNS’s English report channel on X, the influencer, Mahi Khan, has now deleted the second derogatory video from his Instagram account.
The MNS, however, said that the influencer thought no one would stand up for the woman and that his “one-sided narrative” would dominate. “But truth doesn’t stay hidden. He will have to accept that he did it for fame,” added MNS.

A viral video posted by YouTuber Mahi Khan sparked widespread debate after he recorded a confrontation with a woman on an Air India flight from Kolkata to Mumbai, who allegedly told him he must know Marathi if he was visiting Mumbai.
The woman, seen wearing a shirt with Hyundai logo, reportedly threatened to confront Khan after landing when he said he didn’t understand Marathi.

Khan shared the video on Instagram, claiming that the woman’s remarks violated the spirit of “unity in diversity”. He said she insisted that travellers to Mumbai must know the local language, prompting the crew to intervene, though no further action was taken. In his video, Khan quoted her as saying, “Speak Marathi or leave Mumbai,” before allegedly threatening him.
The influence called for Air India to take strict action against the woman and suggested a flight ban for such behaviour.
