Who Is Priya Sachdev, Sunjay Kapur’s Third Wife?
Priya Sachdev Kapur is a businesswoman, model and entrepreneur who’s made headlines for her high-profile marriage to Sunjay Kapur. Born on December 15, 1977, in New Delhi, Priya is the daughter of Ashok Sachdev, a renowned car dealer and Pinky Sachdev. She has two younger brothers, Harpreet and Hans Sachdev, and a younger sister, Charu Sachdev, with whom she co-founded the luxury e-commerce platform Rock N Shop.
Priya began her modelling journey in the early 2000s. She featured in several TV commercials alongside big names like Amitabh Bachchan and Kareena Kapoor. Besides this, Priya also walked the ramp for various designers.
Priya co-founded Rock N Shop, a luxury e-commerce platform, and Kitsch, a multi-brand boutique. She also serves as the director of Aureus Investment and non-executive director of Sunjay Kapur’s Sona Comstar.

Priya Sachdev Vs Karisma Kapoor’s Children In Delhi High Court
Recently, Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samaira and Kiaan, moved to the Delhi High Court to demand a share in the assets of their late father, Sunjay Kapur. In their petition, the two children claimed that their stepmother, Priya Sachdev, forged Sunjay’s will. They submitted that the purported will allegedly executed by their father is not a legal and valid document, is forged and fabricated.
They argued that it is because of this reason that neither the original of the Alleged Purported Will has been shown to them nor a copy of the Alleged Purported Will has been provided. The children, therefore, requested the court to provide them with a copy of the said document.
Hearing the plea on Wednesday, September 10, the High Court asked Priya to declare all assets of Sunjay Kapur. The next hearing will take place on October 10.
