Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, one of the most loved couples in town, recently took a break from their busy schedules for a low-key outing in Mumbai. Ever since they announced their second pregnancy,
they have been staying away from the public eye. As the couple prepares to embrace parenthood once again, they were spotted enjoying a simple dosa date, with videos from their casual evening quickly making the rounds on social media.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were recently seen enjoying a rare outing in Mumbai as they headed out for a relaxed lunch date on Tuesday. The couple visited a popular eatery to savour benne dosas, with security accompanying them throughout the visit. Soon after, glimpses from their outing began circulating widely on social media. Videos shared online captured the couple leaving the restaurant after their meal. Choosing comfort over glamour, Deepika stepped out in a breezy co-ord ensemble, while Ranveer sported a T-shirt paired with black trousers. Both kept a low profile by wearing face masks as they walked towards their waiting car. One of the clips also showed members of Deepika’s security team politely asking people gathered outside the restaurant not to film the couple while they were leaving the premises. Have a look:

Soon after the videos surfaced on social media, their fans were elated to see them after so long. One fan wrote, “Ram – Leela.” Another fan wrote, “Aww you two.” Others were seen dropping red heart emojis in the comments section.
Meanwhile, in April 2026, Deepika and Ranveer took to social media to announce their second pregnancy. They posted a picture of baby Dua holding a pregnancy test showing two distinct pink lines. They captioned the post with evil eye emojis. As soon as they made the announcement, the post was flooded with warm wishes and congratulatory messages from their colleagues, friends and fans. Currently, the actress is in her third trimester.
On the work front, Ranveer was last seen in Dhurandhar: The Revenge alongside Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, R Madhavan, and Danish Pandor. Deepika, on the other hand, has Shah Rukh Khan’s King which is slated to release on December 24, 2026. She also has Raaka with Allu Arjun, helmed by Atlee.
