Alia Bhatt and Sharvari’s Alpha continues to remain one of the most anticipated Bollywood releases of the year. The YRF Spy Universe film has been making headlines ever since its announcement, and after
audiences got a brief glimpse of it at the end of War 2, all eyes are now on its teaser.
According to a new report, Yash Raj Films is now gearing up to launch the teaser of Alpha soon.
Alpha Teaser To Release On June 10?
As per Pinkvilla, the teaser of Alpha is set to be unveiled on June 10, 2026. A senior trade source told the portal, “Alpha teaser is definitely dropping on the 10th of June. It will be followed by a relentless marketing and promotional campaign that will put the film’s story at the centre to celebrate the Alpha attitude of today’s India. Aditya Chopra and his team have designed a crafted strategy that will unfold in carefully calibrated phases leading up to the release of Alpha.”
The source further added that the film’s promotional campaign will focus on the idea of Alpha as more than just a title.
“Alpha’s campaign is built around the core idea that Alpha is more than a character or a film title; it is an attitude. Through a series of high-impact appearances, digital moments, youth-focused engagements and nationwide conversations, Alia and Sharvari will celebrate the mindset that defines modern India and its youth, who are simply unapologetic about who they are,” the source added.
Alia Bhatt To Play Assassin In Alpha
According to the report, Alia Bhatt will be seen playing an assassin in the film. Alpha marks the first female-led film in the YRF Spy Universe, making expectations around the project especially high.
The film also stars Sharvari in a key role and is expected to bring a new energy to the spy franchise, which already includes films like Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, Pathaan, Tiger 3 and War 2.
Alpha Release Date
Alpha has already gone through multiple release date changes. The film was earlier expected to release last year before being pushed to April 2026. Later, the makers officially announced July 10, 2026, as the film’s release date.
However, recent reports suggest that YRF may now prepone the film by a week. If the buzz is true, Alpha could hit theatres on July 3, 2026.
With the teaser reportedly arriving on June 10, fans are now waiting to see Alia Bhatt and Sharvari step into the YRF Spy Universe with a film that promises action, attitude and a major shift for the franchise.
