The country is divided over stray dogs these days. While one segment is opposing the Supreme Court’s orders of sheltering the strays of Delhi-NCR, another segment lauds the decision due to the increased
number of stray dog attacks.
Another stray dog attack was reported on Tuesday. This time, a six-year-old boy got severely injured after a pack of three stray dogs brutally attacked him. The incident took place in Shahbazpur village, located in the Bangarmau police station area of Unnao district.
Late in the evening, while the child was playing near his house, three stray dogs reportedly attacked him, targeting his neck.
Upon hearing the child’s screams, family members quickly arrived at the scene and successfully rescued him. The boy suffered injuries and was promptly taken to the Community Health Centre (CHC) for medical treatment.
