Madhuri Dixit Nene and her husband, Dr. Shriram Madhav Nene, have sold their stylish Juhu apartment in Mumbai for Rs 3.9 crore, according to records accessed via CRE Matrix. The transaction, registered
on December 15, 2025, marks a notable appreciation from their initial purchase nearly 13 years ago.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of Iris Park in the Deep Varsha Co-operative Housing Society on Military Road, Juhu (400049). Covering 780.13 sq ft of carpet area, the residence sits in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after neighborhoods, known for its premium apartments and celebrity residents.
Documents reveal that the buyer is Mrs. Darshana Ghatlia. Along with the sale amount, a security deposit of Rs 19.5 lakh was paid, which has been included in the stamp duty calculation. The buyer also benefited from a 1 per cent stamp duty concession under Maharashtra’s women homebuyer incentive scheme.
Madhuri and Dr. Nene had originally purchased the property in June 2012 for Rs 1.96 crore. The nearly twofold increase in value reflects Juhu’s enduring appeal as a prime real estate destination in Mumbai.
This sale is part of Madhuri’s ongoing real estate portfolio. In December 2024, she leased a commercial office in Andheri West’s Morya Landmark II to Karamtara Engineering Pvt. Ltd. for Rs 3 lakh per month. The office spans 1,594.24 sq ft of built-up area, with rent scheduled to increase to ₹3.15 lakh after the first year. The tenant also deposited Rs 9 lakh as security, as per the leave and license agreement registered on November 13.
