Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is all set to make his television comeback soon. Akshay, in a career spanning more than three and a half decades, has worked significantly on television as well. He has hosted
several reality shows over the years, and now, after a hiatus of four years from television, Akshay is all set to make a comeback with Sony TV’s Wheel of Fortune.
The first promo of the show has been unveiled on Sony TV’s social media handles on Saturday, and as per the promo, the game gives participants multiple options to win exciting prizes by solving word puzzles. While sharing the promo, Akshay wrote, “Ab matter karega har ek akshar, jab ghumega jaadu ka chakkar 💫 Wheel Of Fortune India, exclusively on @SonyTV and @SonyLIV.”

First launched in the US in the 1970s, Wheel of Fortune has been adapted in over 60 countries and remains one of the most recognisable TV formats globally. Sony plans to retain the core structure of the show while infusing it with Indian elements, including Hindi and regional phrases, cultural references, and celebrity specials.
