Taking to Instagram stories, Sidharth Malhotra shared a throwback picture from the promotions of their film Brothers, where both the actors were seen doing a punching gesture at the camera. Sharing the picture, Sidharth wrote, “Happy Birthday to big bro @akshaykumar. Best of health, success, and happiness, big love and respect.”

Sidharth Malhotra and Akshay Kumar joined hands in the sports action film Brothers. Directed by Karan Malhotra, the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) film hit the theatres in August 2015, marking the film’s 10th anniversary this year. Alongside Sidharth Malhotra and Akshay Kumar, the film also featured Jacqueline Fernandez, Jackie Shroff, and Shefali Shah in supporting roles.

Taking to his Instagram account, the superstar shared a customised art creation which featured himself in the centre, surrounded by his iconic characters from over 150 films. Sharing the picture, Akshay wrote, “Good morning, everyone! 58 years in the making, 34 years in this industry, over 150 films & counting. To everyone who ever believed in me, who bought a ticket, who signed me, who produced me, who directed me and who guided me, this is your journey as much as mine.” He stated.
