work on her upcoming films Raaka and King. Now, an update has it that the actress has her entire work schedule in place.
As per Free Press Journal, a source has shared thatDeepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were pleasantly surprised when they realised that they were pregnant. A source close to her upcoming action thriller shared, “We respect her because she called us personally to tell us that she was expecting her second baby. She communicated to the makers that she would absolutely go out of her way to manage schedules so that no one stands inconvenienced. Her middle name is dedication.”
The report further claimed that she will be shooting for a song during her schedule in South Africa, and she will be joined by other actors like Abhishek Bachchan and Suhana Khan as part of the foreign schedule. The actress will be participating in some key action-packed climax sequences as well.
On her return to India, she will quickly join Allu Arjun and Atlee at a Mumbai studio for Raaka’s shoot, which will be about 50–60 days long. There were also rumours that after knowing about the actress’ pregnancy, the makers of Raaka had cut short her role, but the truth is that this information holds no truth.

On February 29, 2024, Deepika and Ranveer surprised fans with their pregnancy announcement, sharing a picture of tiny baby essentials in pink and blue hues. They welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Dua, in September 2024.
