Even when situations are not favourable, we move forward with confidence, knowing we will succeed.” Adding a light-hearted note, he remarked, “Meditation should not be taken too seriously. Dhyan means to be happy, happy from within.” Participants travelled from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, including strong representation from the North-East, reflecting the diversity and unity of young India. Many described the experience as their first sustained encounter with inner stillness in an age of constant stimulation. As the event concluded in silence, music and shared joy, it underscored a simple message: when youth are guided inward, clarity, confidence and purpose naturally emerge.
