Ramayana Trailer Released: The trailer of Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana: Part 1 is has been released. It was dropped by the makers on their social media handles on Thursday, July 30, at 4:15 am. An adaptation
of the Hindu mythological epic, the film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash in the lead.
The trailer opens with Yash’s Ravana proclaiming himself the ruler of all three worlds. As he unleashes chaos and destruction, Lord Vishnu takes the avatar of Ram to restore balance and protect the earth. The trailer then introduces Ranbir Kapoor’s Ram, who battles demons and safeguards his people before growing up and marrying Sita.
However, Ram and Sita’s life takes a dramatic turn when he is sentenced to 14 years of vanvaas. Sita, played by Sai Pallavi, and Lakshman, portrayed by Ravie Dubey, choose to accompany him into exile. What follows is the abduction of Sita by Ravana and the epic battle that ensues, setting the stage for one of the greatest confrontations between good and evil.
How Are Fans Reacted To Ramayana Trailer?
The trailer of Ramayana has left fans super impressed. Soon after the video was dropped on social media, netizens reacted to it and expressed their excitement for the film. While some praised Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi’s simplicity as Ram and Sita, others argued that even the supporting cast of Nitesh Tiwari’s directorial looks very promising. “This looks amazing, can’t wait to watch it in theatres,” one of the users wrote. Another netizen called the film a “blockbuster in loading”.
Who Plays What In Ramayana?
The casting of the film has also become a major talking point. Ranbir Kapoor will play Lord Ram, while Sai Pallavi has been cast as Sita. Meanwhile, Kannada superstar Yash will be playing Ravana in this movie. Kajal Aggarwal has also been roped in to play Mandodari in Ramayana. On the other hand, Ravie Dubey, who has largely worked in TV and OTT, will also play Lakshman in the movie. This combination of Bollywood, South Indian and TV stars has given the film a strong pan-India appeal. In recent years, collaborations between industries have proven highly successful.
When Will Ramayana Be Released?
