shares, having a face value of ₹10 each, are being offered in a price band of ₹177 to ₹186 per share. The issue comprises 56,54,400 equity shares, aggregating up to ₹105.17 crore at the upper end of the price band. Investors can apply for a minimum of 600 equity shares per application. IPO Details Bai-Kakaji Polymers Limited, engaged in the manufacturing of PET preforms and specialized closures, has announced the launch of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the SME platform of BSE. The IPO will open on December 23, 2025 and close on December 26, 2025, with a price band of ₹177 to ₹186 per equity share of face value ₹10 each. The public issue consists entirely of a fresh issue of 56,54,400 equity shares aggregating to ₹105.17 crore at the upper price band. The issue is being made through the 100% book building process and does not include any Offer for Sale. The issue is being managed by Hem Securities Limited as the Book Running Lead Manager, and Maashitla Securities Private Limited as the Registrar to the Issue. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the SME platform of BSE.
