The pan-India film has generated massive buzz ever since its announcement, with fans eagerly awaiting more updates after the makers unveiled its title and first-look poster on Allu Arjun’s birthday. The latest update suggests that Sreeleela has also joined the cast.
Allu Arjun and Sreeleela set the internet abuzz with their electrifying dance number in Pushpa 2, which went on to become a massive fan favourite. If the latest reports are to be believed, the duo could be reuniting for Raaka. According to Bollywood Bubble, Sreeleela was recently spotted visiting the film’s set, fuelling speculation about her involvement in the project. A source told the portal, “A few days back Sreeleela was on the set of Raaka when Allu Arjun was shooting, back to back for couple of days. Nothing is confirmed yet, but there is definitely something happening. And if it’s true the fire of Pushpa 2 will continue with Raaka.”
The makers are yet to officially announce Sreeleela’s association with the film, so the speculation remains unconfirmed for now. Even so, the reports have only heightened the excitement surrounding Raaka, with fans eagerly waiting to find out whether another surprise collaboration is on the cards.
Meanwhile, several reports claim that Raaka boasts a star-studded ensemble. Besides Deepika Padukone, who is currently expecting her second child, the film is rumoured to feature Rashmika Mandanna, Mrunal Thakur and Janhvi Kapoor in pivotal roles. Adding to the excitement, speculation about a cameo by Shah Rukh Khan gained traction after the superstar shared the film’s poster while wishing Allu Arjun on his birthday. However, the makers have not officially confirmed the casting or the reported cameo.
