Akshay Kumar is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming comedy drama, Jolly LLB 3, scheduled to hit the big screens on September 19. Helmed by Subhash Kapoor, the film also features Arshad
Warsi and Saurabh Shukla in the lead roles. It marks the return of both Akshay and Arshad as their characters, Jagdishwar Mishra and Jagdish Tyagi.
Now, amid the promotions of Jolly LLB 3, Akshay, known for his fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, shared his fitness mantra to stay fit.
Akshay Kumar’s Fitness Mantra
During a recent media interaction, Akshay shared that he believes in the concept of “Early to bed, early to rise, keep a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” Adding to this, he also shared why it is important to eat our dinner early.
Akshay said, “6:30 baje khana kyun? Ek toh sabse important hai, aapke shareer ke liye sabse zyaada important hai, kyunki hum jab raat ko so jaate hain, our eyes are resting, our legs are resting, and our hands are resting. Our entire body is relaxing. But your stomach isn’t resting because we ate late. By the time you get up, it’s time for it to rest. However, when we wake up, we eat breakfast, and the poor stomach works again.”
“It’s working quite hard. I’m explaining things in a very straightforward manner. And as you all know, ki jo pet hai, wohi ek sabse, matlab, jitni bhi bimariyaan hoti hain, woh sab wahi se aati hain,” the actor added.
Furthermore, the actor shared that he goes to bed by 10:30 pm. Akshay said, “I believe that bimariyaan aapke nazdeek nahi aayengi. Toh yahi main Humesha follow karta hun. Toh 6:30 baje khana isliye zaroori hai, kyunki you get your time to digest your food, and by 9-9:30, 10 p.m., the stomach is totally ready to rest, and that’s it.”
